SYSTEM MB – TT50

A system designed to increase the parameters of airtightness, thermal and acoustic insulation.

This system meets the expectations of even the most demanding customers. These facades are dedicated to projects requiring energy efficiency, as well as for passive construction and thermal modernization. A set of gaskets and a 3-level cascade drainage and venting system ensure not only the functionality of the facade, but also aesthetics. A wide range of glazing options and high load-bearing capacity of the connections allow flexible use of different types of glazing and installation of large, heavy sets.

SYSTEM MB – SR50N

The MB-SR50N system is a comprehensive range of products and solutions that meet a variety of customer needs.

This range of products includes: MB-SR50N for the construction of lightweight curtain walls, MB-SR50N HI with increased thermal insulation, MB-SR50N EFEKT as a semi-structural facade, MB-SR50N EI which is a fire-resistant mullion and transom wall, and the basic version of MB-SR50, in which the sections have a rounded radius of 2.5 mm.

A characteristic feature of the system is the use of narrow dividing lines, giving the facade lightness and elegance. The various shapes of mullions and transoms create a visually uniform truss, perfectly harmonizing with the other elements of the development. ENERGY EFFICIENCY

The aluminum facades we offer, depending on the requirements of thermal insulation, can be equipped with glazing packages of varying heat coefficient, from standard, through energy-efficient to glazing that meets all the requirements used in passive construction. The special design of the profiles ensures high thermal comfort, and the durable and airtight construction of the aluminum systems limits the access of cold air to the interior of the building.

The gaskets used in our products protect against moisture and air penetration, and improve the acoustic insulation of windows. The construction of aluminum facades with the use of special glazing packages allows to reduce excessive heating of the building in the summer, and the use in production of composite distance frames between the panes allows to reduce heat loss as a result of the thermal bridge formed at the interface between the glass and the window section.

ACOUSTIC INSULATION

As in the case of windows, so in fascia solutions, the most important element that improves acoustic parameters in rooms are insulating glass units with enhanced acoustic properties. This type of glass can include safety glass, laminated glass, sound-absorbing glass (using a special acoustic film), and glazing packages of varying structure disperse sound waves.
